A Real Estate Agent's old value proposition was that “we” had access to the information. No longer. Buyers and Sellers have instant access to most of the same information as Real Estate Agents. This information is quickly and easily found online. Yet, at the same time too much information can be found online. This is where my value comes into play.
My value as your Buyers or Sellers Agent is my ability to:
- Assist you in making sense of all this information
- Help you understand what options exists
So, why does a Buyer or Seller need a Real Estate Agent? Simple, most people do not buy a house on a daily basis. I assist people with this every day. I bring expertise. It is my profession. I make it a point to view as many of homes on the market as possible. At any given time I have personally set foot in 85% to 90% of the homes on the market. In the last year, I have been in 400+ homes. Why does this matter? How can I advise you on what to offer for a home or what offer to accept if I have not been in the competition?
