Sudbury has several Condominium complexes ranging from luxury to more basic, from complexes with fewer units to larger complexes with amenities, newer construction to older construction, walking distance to shops and restaurants to wooded views next to conservation areas with hiking trails. Plus several 55+ developments.  There are options to fit almost any style or budget.

Smaller scale 16-unit development on Boston Post Road (Route 20).  Walk across the street to dining and other shopping and dining are less than a few miles away.  These homes have open concept living and vaulted ceilings.  Units are a little smaller than other developments and have Master Bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one car attached garages.  Most units have a patio and small grass area in the back.  Units have nice finishes and have prices in the $500s.

Dudley Brook Preserve is a newer complex with many unique touches.  The main unique feature is a  private interior courtyard.  All homes have hardwood floor, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and feature open concept living. Some have walkout basements that add an extra true level of living.  Units have lots of windows and natural light.  While the units are only two bedrooms, many are large approaching 3,500 SQFT and have additional bedroom options.  1st Floor Master Bedrooms.  Units range in value from the $700s to high $800s.  Some larger units with extensive upgrades can be in the $900s.

Frost Farm Village (55)+

The Highcrest at Meadow Walk is new Townhouse and mid-rise Condominium Building (with elevator) development set back from Boston Post Road (Route 20).  Units have upscale finishes, but not luxury finishes.  Units range from 1 Bedrooms with outside parking to 2 Bedroom Town Homes with attached two car garages with private out spaces.  This 55+ community is surrounded by shopping, restaurants and grocery stores just steps away.  Initial units are still being sold by the Developer.  There are no resales to date.  Sold units have ranged in from $450s to high $700s.

Mahoney Farms (55+ Sudbury)

Maple Meadows Condos (55+)
